PERS. STATEMENT AGAINST HEALTH PRACTICES After falling from my bike, and visiting the emergency room for a broken shoulder and checked for breaks in my knee, I was repeatedly billed for an office visit that was billed as a “surgery” and when I called to explain there was no surgery.. and I was only seen for 5 minues and nothing was actually done to me or for me, I was charged about $ 900. I had even brought my own x-rays from the ER which was covered by my health insurance.
